Surface Production Well Testing and Well Diagnostic Services

Phoenix has the resources to design/engineer and manufacture portable trailer/skid mounted three-phase well testing packages rated up to 20,000 psi of service and 15,000 bpd production with significant gas volumes. It owns state-of-the-art equipment for Surface Production Well Testing, Well Weighing and Diagnostic Services. Phoenix maintains technology partnership with internationally reputed OEMs for the provision of Multi-phase Flow Meters (MPFM) and testing services using MPFMs. The production tests include comprehensive Gas Oil Ratio tests and Initial Production tests, which contribute to well production optimization. Test results/parameters are monitored through on-board state-of-the-art data acquisition/monitoring systems.

Phoenix offers Well Weighing Analysis as well as Diagnostic Services like Dynamometer and Fluid Level Analysis.
It utilizes sophisticated equipment/software which diagnose wells with sucker rod pumps to facilitate troubleshooting and production optimization.

Well Head, Well Completion and Tubular Lining and Repair Services

Another unique offering is Phoenix's tubular lining services which enables corrosion protection. This is available
in nearly all downhole environments. The lining system involves a Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) composite liner inserted inside carbon steel tubing, combining the high strength of steel with the inert properties of the liner. Phoenix further adds value by offering economically viable solutions to its customers on the reuse of their
used tubulars.

Artificial Lift Services

Phoenix specializes in supplies and services of all forms of artificial lift systems to hydrocarbon producers.
Here is a look at some of these services:

• Technical services for Artificial Lift Systems including installation and commissioning, well analysis,
  well testing, surveillance and daily monitoring of the well using remotely controlled SCADA systems.
  Also supply of all forms of artificial lift equipment, downhole power cable and control cable, downhole
  monitoring gauges, tubing head spool, variable speed drives and switchboards, and EFT systems.
  The contracts are executed on an arrangement similar to a lease, in which Phoenix assures the
  operators a minimum run life of the downhole equipment.
• Provision of OEM certified service personnel for providing services related to all forms of artificial
  lifts including sucker rod pumping units, electric submersible pumps, progressing cavity pumps,
  gas lift and various oil field activities.

Machining and Fabrication Services

Phoenix is in the process of setting up a state-of-the-art Machining/Fabrication facility where machining/ fabrication/refurbishing services are provided to its customers. Variable speed drives for PCP systems are also designed/fabricated/tested in this facility. Phoenix has plans to start PCP failure analysis and PCP repair/testing services for their clients in this facility.

Miscellaneous Oilfield Services

• Engineering, construction, installation and provision of chemical injection systems
• Mechanized cable trenching, cable laying and back filling of the trenches etc.

Oil and Gas Production Equipment Supplies and Services

• Supply of all sizes of downhole tubulars for well completions including both API and Premium tubulars
• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and provision of horizontal pumping systems
• Equipment supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of Beam Gas Compressors on a turnkey basis. The Beam Gas Compressors are instrumental in optimizing the production from rod pumped wells
  by reducing the back pressure on the wells.
